Visit of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation H.E. Mr. Dmitry Rogozin to India, 26 February 2014.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation H.E. Mr. Dmitry Rogozin, accompanied by a high level delegation, paid an official visit to New Delhi on 26 February 2014 for an inter-sessional meeting of the India –Russia Inter-Governmental Commission for Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC – TEC) which is co-chaired by External Affairs Minister of India H.E. Mr. Salman Khurshid.
Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Mr. Dmitry Rogozin called on Prime Minister of India H.E. Dr. Manmohan Singh and also had wide ranging discussions on bilateral cooperation with Commerce and Industry Minister H.E. Mr. Anand Sharma and National Security Adviser H.E. Mr. Shivshankar Menon. The visit focused on the further development of multi-dimensional relations between the two countries which enjoy a special and privileged strategic partnership.
