Ambassador meets the Governor of Moscow Region, 09 October 2014
Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation H.E. Mr. P.S. Raghavan met the Governor of Moscow Region H.E. Mr Andrey Vorobyov on October 9, 2014 and discussed measures to intensify bilateral cooperation in a wide range of areas especially in business & investment, engineering, education and culture.
Both sides agreed to actively work to bridge the awareness gap between businesses of the two countries and to fully tap the huge potential for mutually beneficial economic collaboration. Pharmaceuticals was identified as an area of particular focus. It was agreed that a roundtable between Indian and Moscow region pharmaceutical companies could be organized by the end of this year, as a first step towards enlarging the bilateral engagement in this sector.
