The English International School (EIS), Moscow marked the week beginning 24 May as India Week with an aim to provide their students with  insight into various aspects of Indian culture.  The JNCC participated in the event by way of organizing five interactive sessions and performances by teachers and students of JNCC.  These interactive sessions and performances were presented by Shri Raghav Raj Bhatt, Kathak Teacher, Dr. N Suresh Babu, Yoga Teacher, Shri Radhesham Sharma, Tabla Teacher, Mr. Alexyi Neumoin, Kalaripayat Teacher and Ms. Irina Iskorostanskaia, Bharatanatyam Teacher.  The students of the school were presented a capsule of Indian cultural presentation every day of the week followed by interaction with the artists.  The outreach proved to be a great success and resulted in generating awareness of Indian culture among 500 students and teachers of the English International School.
