Advisory for Visa Applicants

M/s BLS International, located at Novy Arbat 2, 4^th Floor, Room No. 412, Moscow, is the only authorized Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC) in Moscow. No other centre or company or agent has been authorized by the Embassy to deal with Indian visa applications. Any approach by individuals or organizations claiming to facilitate visa applications or charging visa fee above the actual amount mentioned in the IVAC website (http://www.blsindia-russia.com) may be reported to the Embassy at This email address is being protected from spambots. 2. The IVAC has also been permitted to introduce the following Value Added Services to applicants, which is purely optional, at the approved rates as mentioned below:-

3. No additional services are permitted other than those mentioned above.
