  • 45-minute performance by a Manipuri martial Arts group.

  • 30-minute Group Dance performance by Nritya Sabha Foundation led by Ms. Irina Iskorostenskaya and Mr. Praveen Gangani, Dance Teacher at the Jawaharlal Nehru Cultural Center (JNCC) (to be followed by a).
  • 45-minute performance by a Manipuri martial Arts group.
  • 30-minute performance by a Sitar troupe led by Mrs. Meera Prasad (to be followed by a).
  • 45-minute performance by a Rajastani folk dance troupe.

The sitar is well-known Indian stringed instrument, used predominately in Hindustani classical music. Mrs. Meera Prasad is a senior artist from Delhi and a disciple of Pandit Uma Shankar Mishra
